Flow cytometry analysis of PSGL-1/CD162 expression by BALB/C mouse splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with PSGL-1/CD162 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab210063) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310).
