C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells treated with 30μM OVA Peptide for 2 hours (right panel) were stained with H-2Kb bound to SIINFEKL Mouse mAb (AF647) (Ab209991) (red) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (AF647) (Ab190077). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated spleen cells were used as control (left panel).
