KLRG1 Syrian hamster mAb (PE) (Ab191797) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of KLRG1 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with NKG2A/C/E Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab212165) and either Syrian hamster lgG-kappa (PE), anti-HEL (Ab212182; Left panel) or KLRG1 Syrian hamster mAb (PE) (Ab191797; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test.
