TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Armenian hamster mAb (FITC) (Ab191733) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 expression on mouse lymph nodes. C57BL/6 mouse lymph node cells were stained with CD3 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab185405) and either Mouse IgG (FITC) (Ab180307; Left panel) or TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Armenian hamster mAb (FITC) (Ab191733; Right panel) at 0.01 μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (APC) (rp169048) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
