Two-color flow cytometric analysis of GITR/CD357 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD25 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab179012) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180311; Left panel) or GITR/CD357 Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab190290; Right panel) at 1 μg/mL. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
