生化机理	整合素α-4/β-7（佩尔斑块特异性归巢受体 LPAM-1）是一种粘附分子，可介导淋巴细胞迁移并归巢到肠道相关淋巴组织（GALT）。整合素α-4/β-7 与细胞表面粘附分子 MADCAM1 相互作用，MADCAM1 通常由胃肠道血管内皮表达。它还与 VCAM1 和细胞外基质成分纤维连接蛋白相互作用。它能识别纤维粘连蛋白替代剪接 CS-1 区域中的一个或多个结构域。相互作用涉及 MADCAM1 中的三肽 L-D-T 和纤维粘连蛋白中的 L-D-V。与 HIV-1 gp120 结合，从而使病毒进入 GALT，这被认为是艾滋病的主要诱因。相互作用涉及 HIV-1 gp120 中的三肽 L-D-I。整合素α-E/β-7（HML-1）是 E-cadherin 的受体。
