Cells were stained with PD-L1 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab181116) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (APC) (Ab180313). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
