Cells were stained with CD52 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab179700) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
