3 μg/lane of Alpaca IgG (Ab175970) was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining. Showing the band at 28.3 kDa (Light Chain) & 53.0 kDa (Heavy Chain), under reducing conditions; 164.6 kDa, under non-reducing conditions. The purity of the Alpaca IgG is greater than 95%.
