Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L Antibody (Ab141541) was tested by ELISA. The plate was coated with 1.0 μg/mL Goat IgG (Ab170217). Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L Antibody was biotinylated then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/10000 dilution for this ELISA.

Cross-reactivity of Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L Antibody (Ab141541) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 0.5 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L Antibody was biotinylated then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/10000 dilution for this ELISA.
