TIM4 Rat mAb (Ab131282) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TIM4 expression on mouse peritoneal macrophages. C57BL/6 mouse peritoneal macrophages were stained with Recombinant CD11b Antibody (AF405) (Ab213132) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (AF647) (Ab190071; Left panel) or TIM4 Rat mAb (Ab131282; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD11b versus TIM4 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
