SIGLEC H Rat mAb (Ab127562) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of SIGLEC H expression on mouse splenocytes. BALB/C mouse spleen cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or SIGLEC H Rat mAb (Ab127562; Right panel) conjugated with biotin at 0.2 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C and detected with SA-PE (rp156150). Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD45R versus SIGLEC H (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable spleen cells.
