CD278/ICOS Rat mAb (Ab109273) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD278/ICOS expression on mouse splenocytes. Flow Cytometry analysis of unstimulated (left) or 500 ng/mL Ionomycin (I139530) and 10 ng/mL PMA (P408905) co-stimulated (right) C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD4 Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab181110) and CD278/ICOS Rat mAb (Ab109273) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD4 versus CD278/ICOS (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
