Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD19 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with CD3 Mouse mAb (APC) (Ab179706) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or CCR5 Rat mAb (Ab093557; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD3 versus CCR5 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
