Chicken IgY Antibody (Ab008417) - ELISA
Chicken IgY Antibody (Ab008417) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with different amounts of Chicken IgY Antibody (Ab008417). A serial dilution Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L Antibody (Ab170784) was then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (HRP) (Ab141534) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody.
