Flow Cytometry analysis of Jurkat cells labelling CD28 (red) with CD28 Mouse mAb (Ab006726) at 0.5 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab179006) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
