Human peripheral blood lymphocytes treated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 3 days are stained with CD278/ICOS Armenian Hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab185167) (right panel) at 0.2μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Armenian Hamster IgG (Biotin) (Ab191741).

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes treated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 3 days are stained with CD278/ICOS Armenian Hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab185167) (right panel) at 0.2μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Armenian Hamster IgG (Biotin) (Ab191741). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated lymphocytes were used as control (left panel).
