生化机理 3,3′,5-三碘-L-酪氨酸又称 O-(4-羟基-3-碘苯基)-3,5-二碘-L-酪氨酸或 T3,是一种具有生物活性的甲状腺激素。在甲状腺功能减退症患者中,三碘甲状腺原氨酸可增强情绪和神经心理功能。该产品还能积极调节肝脏 FGF21 的表达,并通过提高多种代谢酶(如己糖激酶、肝脏葡萄糖 6-磷酸酶以及线粒体氧化磷酸化酶)的水平,促进葡萄糖、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢分解。此外,该产品还能促进儿童身体的正常生长,对胎儿中枢神经系统的成熟至关重要。
应用 3,3′,5-Triiodo-L-thyronine can be used for Insulin-like growth factor I assays performed by using a double antibody radioimmunoassay. The product can also be used for in vitro transfection of 293T cells.
