辛基三氯硅烷(OTS)是一种线性烷基硅烷,可用作改性剂,用于生成具有高热机械稳定性的低成本疏水表面。OTS包含可水解基团,其与表面羟基形成共价键。 
应用
以OTS进行功能化修饰的氧化镁(MnO2)/氧化铝 (Al2O3) 表面可用作臭氧(O3)和二氧化氮(NO2)分解的催化剂。 OTS还可以用于氧化硅(SiO2)的表面改性,用于制造并五苯有机场效应晶体管(OFET)。 以OTS进行功能化修饰的晶片可以涂覆在增强型绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)和锚定肽薄膜上,用于测定薄膜的厚度。
