链霉亲和素（Streptavidin，SA）是阿维丁链霉菌（Streptomyces avidinii）在生长过程中分泌的一种同型四聚体蛋白。同亲和素一样，一摩尔的链霉亲和素可以结合四摩尔的生物素，与生物素具有很高的亲和力。由于 SA 不含糖基，因此 SA 在检测应用中具有比亲和素更低的非特异性结合水平，已被广泛应用于酶联免疫吸附实验、免疫组织化学、时间分辨免疫荧光技术（TRFIA）、定量 PCR、单链 DNA 制备、生物分子纯化、单克隆抗体制备等生物技术领域。
但是链霉亲和素的吸附性较差，在实际应用中尤其是吸附到 NC 膜或包埋比较困难，粘性重组链霉亲和素（S-rSA）主要是解决这个问题，其不仅具有与活性有关的核心序列，而且吸附性、稳定性、溶解性等方面均优于天然 SA，尤其在 NC 膜上的吸附性远远超越天然 SA。

Product introduction:

Streptavidin (SA) is a homologous tetramer protein secreted by Streptomyces avidinii during its growth. As with avidin, one mole of streptavidin can bind four moles of biotin, and biotin has a high affinity. Because SA does not contain a sugar group, SA has a lower non-specific binding level than avidin in detection applications. It has been widely used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunohistochemistry, time-resolved immunofluorescence technique (TRFIA), quantitative PCR, single-strand DNA preparation, biomolecular purification, monoclonal antibody preparation and other biotechnology fields.
However, the adsorbability of streptavidin is poor, and it is difficult to adsorb or embed it into NC film in practical applications. Viscous recombinant streptavidin (S-rSA) is mainly used to solve this problem. It not only has the core sequence related to activity, but also has better adsorption, stability and solubility than natural SA. In particular, the adsorption of NC film is far more than that of natural SA.
