生化机理 石蒜素是一种天然活性化学物质,存在于石蒜的根部,是一种中草药。该化合物是一种萘醌衍生物,已被证明具有抗炎和抗肿瘤特性,并能改变趋化因子的表达和功能。血管生成研究表明,石蒜素能抑制血管内皮细胞的增殖和迁移,阻断整合素 αvβ3 的表达,并能抑制 B16 黑色素瘤和肿瘤坏死因子-α 诱导的小鼠血管生成。在艾滋病毒研究中,Shikonin 可下调巨噬细胞中主要 HIV-1 核心受体 CKR-5 (CCR5)的蛋白和 mRNA 表达。Shikonin 是 PKM2 的抑制剂。
