产品介绍	KGF角质细胞生长因子（Keratinocyte growth factor，KGF）是Rubin等（1989）从胚胎肺成纤维细胞培养上清中发现的一种细胞因子，为FGF 家族成员，即FGF-7。KGF由间质细胞分泌，受体分布于上皮细胞，是一种有效的上皮细胞特异性生长因子，其有丝分裂活性主要表现在角质形成细胞，可特异性地促进上皮细胞增殖、迁移及分化，与器官发育、创面修复、肿瘤发生及免疫重建等多方面关系密切。添加培养MCF-7细胞增殖法测定，ED50值低于1.0 ng/ml，即对应活性单位大于等于1 x 106 units/mg. pH值： 6.5-7.5 OsrhKGF是运用基因重组技术，由水稻胚乳细胞表达并通过蛋白提纯工艺而成。 Keratinocyte growth factor (KGF) is a cytokine found by Rubin et al. (1989) from the culture supernatant of embryonic lung fibroblasts, which is a member of the FGF family, namely FGF-7. KGF is an effective epithelial-specific growth factor secreted by mesenchymal cells and distributed in epithelial cells. Its mitotic activity is mainly manifested in keratinocytes, which can specifically promote the proliferation, migration and differentiation of epithelial cells. It is closely related to organ development, wound repair, tumor genesis and immune reconstruction. Activity definition: The ED50 value is less than 1.0 ng/ml, that is, the corresponding activity unit is greater than or equal to 1 x 106 units/mg, as determined by the proliferation method of cultured MCF-7 cells.
