生化机理 迷迭香酸是从唇形科草本植物中分离出来的一种苯丙氨酸。该化合物具有抗炎活性,并能抑制小鼠间质细胞的增殖。研究表明,迷迭香酸对 Ls174-T 人类结肠癌细胞的迁移、粘附和侵袭具有剂量依赖性抑制作用。在同一项研究中,迷迭香酸诱导了 CRE 结合蛋白(CREB)的磷酸化,并激活了 cAMP 反应元件(CRE)。在经典补体途径中,迷迭香酸可抑制 C3 转化酶。它还是 GPR35 的激活剂。具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗微生物活性。还能抑制细胞凋亡。
