生化机理 L-丙酰肉碱(PLC)在脂质和糖类代谢中起重要作用。它为缺血性肌肉提供能量生产和ATP合成底物。丙酰肉碱可用于治疗严重的外周动脉疾病和慢性心力衰竭。丙酰肉碱与甲基丙二酸在甲基丙二酸单酰辅酶A变位酶(MUT)缺乏患者的尿中均以高丰度存在。MUT是一种线粒体酶,催化甲基丙二酰辅酶A异构化为琥珀酰辅酶A。
