Paromomycin (Aminosidine) sulfate 是一种的广谱氨基糖苷类抗生素 (antibiotic),具有杀螨杀菌作用,是新霉素 (HY-B0470) 衍生物。Paromomycin sulfate 通过与细菌 30S 核糖体 A 位点的 RNA 寡核苷酸特异性结合,使 mRNA 的翻译提前终止,并抑制蛋白质合成。Paromomycin sulfate 可用于细菌和寄生虫感染的研究。 Product Application: Paromomycin sulfate salt has been used as a reference compound in antileishmanial activity, RNA-binding ligand and interacts with aptamer. This interaction prevents the binding (and cutting) of dicer to RNA duplex. It has also been used in cell culture applications at 100mg/L. Paromomycin inhibits the initiation and elongation steps of protein synthesis by binding to 16S ribosomal RNA. Paramomycin binds to the A site, which causes defective polypeptide chains to be produced and leads to cell death. |
