应用 土槿皮乙酸(PseudolaricacidB,PAB)是中药土槿皮(土荆皮)的主要成分,具有独特的二萜结构母核。近来,上海药物所研究人员首次发现该化合物具有显著的抗肿瘤新生血管形成的作用,其作用机制是通过加速蛋白酶体降解新生血管生成关键因子HIF-1,减少其蓄积,从而抑制新生血管生成。肿瘤新生血管系统是目前抗肿瘤药物研究领域的热点和重要靶标。

Pseudolaric Acid B 是一种从 Pseudolarix kaempferi (pinaceae) 根部分离的二萜酸,具有抗癌、抗真菌、抗受精活性,并对 T 淋巴细胞也具有免疫抑制活性。Pseudolaric Acid B 通过凋亡和细胞周期阻滞抑制乙肝病毒 (HBV) 的分泌。Pseudolaric Acid B 诱导细胞自噬。
