能溶于水及醇。水溶液呈蓝绿色,pH2以下呈黄色。最大吸收波长616.9nm。有毒,半数致死量(小鼠,经口)80mg/kg。 [(CH3)2NC6H4(C6H5)C:C6H4:N(CH3)2]2·C2O4·2H2C2O4 测定亚硫酸盐、铈、钨pH值指示剂[0.0(黄)~2.0(绿);11.0(绿)~13.5(无色)]。使用孔雀石绿染料并在660nm处进行光谱法测量,可以检测酶促反应中磷酸盐或焦磷酸盐的释放。 1、用于石蜡包埋的植物学材料的复染色;用Schaeffer 和 Fulton方法对细菌芽孢染色,植物病毒感染的宿主染色,红血球蛔虫卵染色。 2、点滴试验测定亚硫酸盐和铈、钨;酸碱指示剂:pH0.0(黄)-2.0(绿),11.0(绿)-13.5(无色)。临床诊断试剂(无机磷酸盐的灵敏测定试剂)。镓、钽、锑的光度测定,钨的催化光度测定。氧化还原指示剂。 校准仪器和装置;评价方法;工作标准;质量保证/质量控制;其他。
