生化机理 说明: IC50 值:在 40μM 或更高浓度下,堪非醇可抑制卵巢癌细胞的增殖[2]。堪非醇(3,5,7-三羟基-2-(4-羟基苯基)-4H-1-苯并吡喃-4-酮)是一种相对常见的无毒天然膳食化合物,据报道可降低卵巢癌的风险[1]:研究发现,山奈酚可抑制乳腺癌细胞中雌激素受体α的表达,并通过激活 MEK-MAPK 诱导胶质母细胞瘤细胞和肺癌细胞凋亡。研究表明,山奈酚还能通过抑制 Src 激酶和下调 NFκB 通路,抑制白细胞介素-4 和环氧化酶 2 的表达,从而起到抗炎作用。山奈酚还能有效抑制血管生成并诱导卵巢癌细胞凋亡[1]。山奈酚通过抑制组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)而具有独特的表观遗传活性。硅学对接分析表明,山奈酚与组蛋白脱乙酰酶(HDACs)的结合蛋白
