产品介绍	本产品是在传统一抗稀释液的基础上优化的一款针对免疫染色的抗体稀释液，可用于免疫组织化学和免疫细胞化学等实验时一抗的稀释。操作流程： 1、试剂准备参考所用的一抗的使用说明，以及一抗的质量和样品中目的蛋白的含量，按照适当比例，例如1:1000、1:500等比例稀释一抗。 2、抗体孵育抗体经本品稀释后即可在适当温度下孵育抗体，直接用于免疫染色实验。注意事项： 1、本品已经经过滤处理，一旦启用，建议在一个月内用完，如果发现有沉淀或细菌污染请弃用。 2、为了能使抗体可以反复多次使用，建议尽量在4°C进行反应，以减缓一抗的衰减速度。温馨提示为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，戴手套等。 This product is an optimized antibody diluent for immunostaining on the basis of traditional primary antibody diluent, which can be used for primary antibody dilution in immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical experiments.
