Before use, the precipitates should be completely dissolved by incubating the bottle in a 30-50°C water bath for an appropriate period of time.Primary antibodies diluted and prepared with this product can be stored at 4℃for multiple uses in immunostaining, but should be discarded when there is turbidity, precipitation, or a decrease of assay efficacy.Diluted antibodies should be stored at 4℃immediately after use to enable multiple uses.This product is recommended for primary antibody dilution, but not for sample blocking.For primary antibody dilution, there is no need to add other blocking reagents such as BSA, skim milk powder, and casein, as this product has been optimized to have good blocking effect.
