衣康酸是一种不饱和的二元有机酸。化学性质比较活泼,易聚合,也能与其他单体共聚,如丙烯睛、丁二酸、苯乙烯。溶于水、乙醇和丙酮,微溶于氯仿、苯和乙醚。有特殊气味,在真空下能升华。也能与其他单体共聚。不易挥发,过热能分解。制备合成纤维、合成树脂与塑料、离子交换树脂的重要单体、还可用作地毯的裱里剂、纸的涂层剂、粘结剂、涂料的分散乳胶等。衣康酸的酯类衍生物可用于苯乙烯等的共聚或聚氯乙烯的增塑剂。 应用: 衣康酸(IA)可用于:作为聚丙烯腈(PAN)聚合中的共聚单体,以促进聚合物的热氧化稳定作用;与丙烯酰胺结合形成(聚[丙烯酰胺-共-(衣康酸)]),以合成可生物降解的超吸收剂; Itaconic acid is an unsaturated binary organic acid. Chemical properties are more active, easy polymerization, can also be copolymerized with other monomers, such as acrylonitrile, succinic acid, styrene. Soluble in water, ethanol and acetone, slightly soluble in chloroform, benzene and ether. Has a special smell, can sublimate under vacuum. It can also copolymerize with other monomers. It is not volatile and can be decomposed by overheating. Preparation of synthetic fibers, synthetic resins and plastics, important monomer of ion exchange resin, can also be used as carpet lining agent, paper coating agent, binder, dispersion latex for paint, etc. The ester derivatives of Itaconic acid can be used as copolymers of styrene or plasticizers of polyvinyl chloride.
