产品介绍	物理外观：Liquid 产品介绍：甘油明胶封片液是一种水性封片液，不含剧毒苯酚，可用于常规的各种切片、涂片等的封片。主要有效成分为明胶和甘油。操作流程： 1、贴壁细胞样品染色完毕后，吸尽液体。加一滴甘油明胶封片液于载玻片上，盖上贴有细胞的盖玻片，让细胞接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。随后即可在显微镜下观察细胞样品。 2、组织切片染色完毕后，吸尽液体。加一滴甘油明胶封片液于组织切片上，盖上盖玻片，让切片接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。随后即可在显微镜下观察组织切片。注意事项：封片液在温度较低时呈固态，使用前须在37~50°C水浴中温育，并在完全溶解后使用。温馨提示：为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，带手套等。 Physical appearance:Liquid Product presentation: Glycerin gelatin sealing solution is a kind of water-based sealing solution, which does not contain highly toxic phenol, and can be used for conventional sealing of various sections, smears, etc. The main active ingredients are gelatin and glycerin. Note: The sealing liquid is solid at a low temperature, and must be warmed in a water bath of 37~50°C before use, and used after completely dissolving.
