储存缓冲液：PBS 是否无菌：否 阿拉丁生产的抗荧光淬灭封片液(Antifade Mounting Medium)是一种用于减缓荧光淬灭的封片试剂。可以用于减缓各种常见荧光染料的荧光淬灭。操作简单，在封片时用移液器滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液在样品上，盖上盖玻片即可完成操作。按照每个样品封片需要50μl计算，5ml本产品足够用于100个样品的封片，25ml本产品可以用于500个样品的封片。 注意事项： 需自备盖玻片与载玻片。盖玻片与载玻片可以向阿拉丁订购。荧光物质均易发生淬灭，染色后的样品宜避光保存。可以向阿拉丁选购各种型号的载玻片存储盒。在使用抗淬灭封片液的情况下可以减缓淬灭，但封片后的片子仍宜4℃避光保存。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明： 1. 贴壁细胞样品：A. 染色完毕后，吸尽液体。B. 滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液于载玻片上，盖上贴有细胞的盖玻片，让细胞接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。C. 随后即可在荧光显微镜下观察细胞样品。2. 组织切片：A. 染色完毕后，吸尽液体。B. 滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液于组织切片上，盖上盖玻片，让切片接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。C. 随后即可在荧光显微镜下观察组织切片。3. 其它样品：其它样品参考细胞样品或组织切片进行操作。 Storage buffer solution: PBS Aladdin's Antifade Mounting Medium can be used to slow down the quenching of fluorescent dyes. It is easy to use and can be added directly onto samples. When using 50μl of this product per sample, A752104-5ml is sufficient for 100 samples and A752104-25ml is sufficient for 500 samples. Precautions： Coverslips and slides are required but not supplied, which can be ordered from Aladdin. All fluorescent substances are susceptible to quenching, so the stained samples should be stored away from light. Quenching can be slowed with the use of Antifade Mounting Medium, but it is still advisable to avoid light at 4℃ as much as possible. This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation. Instructions for Use： 1. After the staining is completed, aspirate the liquid. 2. For adherent cells, add a drop of Antifade Mounting Medium to the slide, cover with a coverslip with cells attached, and allow the cells to touch the Antifade Mounting Medium. For tissue sections, add a drop of Antifade Mounting Medium to the tissue section, cover with a coverslip and avoid the formation of air bubbles in between. 3. Samples can then be observed under a fluorescence microscope |
