生化机理 大黄素是一种强效的 Lck(p56lck 酪氨酸激酶)抑制剂(IC50 = 18.5 μM)。能选择性地阻断 v-ras 转化的人类支气管上皮细胞的生长(IC50 = 15 μM)。研究表明,大黄素可抑制 HER2/neu 过度表达的乳腺癌细胞中 HER2/neu 酪氨酸激酶的活性。大黄素是一种酪蛋白激酶抑制剂。强效、选择性 11β-HSD1 抑制剂(对人和小鼠 11beta-HSD1 的 IC 50 值分别为 186 和 86 nM)。抗氧化剂。激活 caspase-3、-8 和 -9,增加 Bax,减少 Bcl-2。体内抗血脂。口服有效。
