应用

多库酯钠(DOSS,AOT)被用于制备以下物质:发光陶瓷(荧光粉)。液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法定量测定海产品中DOSS时的储备溶液。AOT-水-异辛烷反胶束体系当它与聚合物微球体系中的蛋白共包封时,也被用于研究其对蛋白生物活性的影响。在烃类溶剂中形成反相胶束;适合于溶解主要的髓鞘跨膜蛋白脂质

Docusate sodium (sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate, DOSS) is commonly used as a surfactant, food additive and stool softener.Docusate sodium (DOSS, AOT) has been used in the preparation of the following:Luminescent ceramics (phosphors).Stock solution during the quantification of DOSS in sea food by using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).AOT-water-isooctane reverse micelle systemIt has also been used in a study to understand its effect on protein bioactivity, when it is co-encapsulates with proteins in polymer based microsphere systems.Forms reverse micelles in hydrocarbon solvents; Suitable for the solubilization of the major myelin transmembrane proteolipid
