DPPE富马酸酯对抗雌激素结合位点具有高亲和力。在细胞内组胺(Hlc)位置抑制组胺结合。DPPE富马酸酯不与雌激素受体结合。

DPPE Fumarate has high affinity for the anti-estrogen binding site. Inhibits histamine binding at the intracellular histamine (Hlc) site. DPPE Fumarate does not bind to the estrogen receptor.
