生化机理 Decanoic acid (Standard) 是 Decanoic acid 的分析标准品。本产品用于研究及分析应用。Decanoic acid 是椰子油中发现的中链甘油三酯 (MCT) 的关键成分。Decanoic acid 是一种具有脑渗透和非竞争性的 AMPA 受体抑制剂,在大鼠中具有抗癫痫活性。Decanoic acid 降低 tyrosinase 活性,抑制 melanosome 成熟。Decanoic acid 通过抑制多种致癌蛋白的表达,抑制肝癌细胞 c-Met 的磷酸化,诱导细胞凋亡,有望用于在 mTORC1 信号通路、肝癌和癫痫等领域的研究。
应用 用于制取癸酸酯类产品,其酯类用作香料、湿润剂、增塑剂和食品添加剂等。
