产品介绍

易溶于热水,呈橙色,稍溶于无水乙醇、乙醚及其他有机溶剂。α-藏花素存在于各种栀子和香红花科植物里,是类胡萝卜素类的藏花酸与二分子龙胆双糖结合而成的二元酯。栀子中除色素成分外,还含有单宁、果胶、精油、甘露糖及氯代吉宁等。藏花素为其黄色色素成分,与藏红花中的藏花素相同。
