生化机理	Potent mitogen for mature parenchymal hepatocyte cells, seems to be a hepatotrophic factor, and acts as a growth factor for a broad spectrum of tissues and cell types. Activating ligand for the receptor tyrosine kinase MET by binding to it and promoting its dimerization. Activates MAPK signaling following TMPRSS13 cleavage and activation.

Sandwich ELISA detection of Recombinant Human HGF Protein (rp175908) using HGF Mouse mAb (Ab232189) as capture antibody at concentration of 2.0 µg/mL. Biotinylated HGF Mouse mAb (Ab169020) as detection antibody at concentration of 1.0 µg/mL. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (np156148).

Detection range: 0.1 ng/mL - 2000.0 ng/mL
