Two-color flow cytometric analysis of NCR1/CD335 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD16 Antibody (FITC) (Ab223499) and either Mouse IgG (AF555) (Ab190246; Left panel) or Recombinant NCR1/CD335 Antibody (AF555) (Ab231409; Right panel) at 5μL/test.
