The cells were then stained with Recombinant Thrombomodulin/CD141 Antibody (AF488) (Ab231391) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Mouse IgG (AF488) (Ab190245).

Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
