Con A-stimulated (3 days) C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were stained with Recombinant CD25 Antibody (AF488) (Ab230866) (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Rat IgG (AF488) (Ab190240). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were used as control (left panel).
