Flow cytometry analysis of CD81/TAPA-1 expression by human peripheral blood (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD81/TAPA-1 Antibody (AF555) (Ab229495) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Mouse IgG (AF555) (Ab190246).

Blue - Mouse IgG (AF555) (Ab190246). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
