Flow cytometry analysis of CD20 expression by human peripheral blood lymphocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD20 Antibody (APC) (Ab223973) at 1μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (APC) (Ab180309). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
