Flow cytometry analysis of CD16 expression by human peripheral blood lymphocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD16 Antibody (PE-Cy7) (Ab223504) at 1μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Mouse IgG (PE-Cy7) (Ab190079).
