Two-color flow cytometric analysis of NCR1/CD335 expression on human peripheral blood lymphcytes. human peripheral blood lymphcytes were stained with CD56 Mouse mAb (APC) (Ab179744) and either Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306; Left panel) or NCR1/CD335 Mouse mAb (Ab222895; Right panel) at 1 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD56 versus NCR1/CD335 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
