Flow cytometry analysis of Vinculin expression by Hela cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol and then stained with Vinculin Mouse mAb (AF647) (Ab219200) (red) at 1/150 dilution for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Mouse IgG (AF647) (Ab190077). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
