Cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol and then stained with alpha Tubulin Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab219160) (red) at 1/450 dilution for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Mouse IgG (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
