Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF700) (Ab219134) – IF/ICC
IF analysis of Hsp60 (red) in MCF-7 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were then stained with Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF700) (Ab219134) at a dilution of 1/1000 in blocking buffer for 2 hour at RT. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
