Recombinant CD11c Antibody (AF555) (Ab216099) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD11c expression on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab191667) and either Armenian Hamster IgG (AF555) (Ab211669; Left panel) or Recombinant CD11c Antibody (AF555) (Ab216099; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
